Q2 Outing - Mt. Washington Hike (via Jewell Trail)

When: Saturday - June 24, 2017 - 
Where: Meet at CFE @ 6:45am, depart no later than 7:00am for Trailhead.
How: Jewell Trail - the simplest, most doable and one of the least done trails on Mt. Washington. Spectacular views. 
Who: Anyone and Everyone!! Family, friends, neighbors, strangers - bring them all!
Why: Because it's important to USE YOUR FITNESS!!

Battle Buddy Program

Join us Saturday, January 7th where we will set out to clearly identify YOUR personal goals, come up with strategies on how to achieve them, and break down into three squads - each squad acting as a cohesive unit focusing on keeping each other motivated and on track to succeed. 

 


This meeting will signal the birth of an ongoing program at CrossFit Earned. The Battle Buddy Program will consist of mandatory monthly activities, constant communication between teammates and squad leaders, and individual homework to be done both in and outside the gym.

Non-CFE Members are welcome to participate in the program as well.

At this seminar you will:

-Be assigned to one of three squads, each squad with it's own respective squad leader
-Clearly identify TWO short term (30 day) goals.
-Clearly identify ONE long term (3 month) goal. 
-Brainstorm ideas on how to accomplish these goals via reverse engineering. 
-And more...

The Battle Buddy Program will last for three months, include deliberate and decisive personal interaction with your coach through private communication via software called Lifetick, and be unlike anything you have previously participated in. Join us, and lets change the world together.

Naughty or Nice 2016 - Bring a Gift, Get a Lift!

Looking to spread a little extra holiday cheer this year? Then “Give a Gift. Get a Lift” by participating in Naughty or Nice 2016 at CrossFit Earned. Benefiting local children in need, this is a great way to have some holiday fun and participate in something providing a deep and everlasting impact on the lives of children around us.

PLEASE NOTE: You DO NOT have to do the workout to attend or donate. This is an OPEN to the public event, but exercising is encouraged :)
